After editing the file in Pixellab app, click on any text to edit the text, then click on A option and click on Edit. Text editing page will open, type the text and click OK.

So you can edit whatever text there is in it in the same way, or you can change the color of that text.
You can also add images in it. For that, click on the + symbol above, select the photo or PNG you want to add from your mobile gallery and click OK.
